Trail Days Cafe and Museum Along the Santa Fe Trail in Council Grove. TRAIL DAYS CAFE, AN HISTORICAL MUSEUM WITH HISTORICAL FOOD AND MUSEUM EXHIBITS. After ordering your historic food you are invited to view the museum exhibits. The most fantastic of the museum exhibits is an Indian pictograph cut into the original walnut back door casing. There are seven buildings on the Maple Camp Complex owned by Historic Preservation Corp. Trail Days Cafe and museum.
